This new effect has far to much glowing and is not fair on those of us whom paid for the supporter packs. This effect needs it glow effect reduced be to compared with the other "cheaper" effects.

Sure the supporter packs are to show your support for the development of the game, but a superior glowing weapon effect is part of the supporter package as a thank you for supporting and should always remain superior looking compared to regular micro transaction effects.

Us supporters should look better than everyone else as we paid for the privilege.

What happened to patience these days. I have to admit, I thought he meant new Monsters with 'critters' at first. But whatever, I am sure we get some with Act 3X. And the new Effect looks cool, can't wait for the others.

I agree that leepoe's priorities are in the wrong place, but I think my main concern is that I recall GGG saying something like that even microtransactions have their limits when it comes to the art style, and they want things to not be too flashy. The supporter packs obviously go against that, and when asked why, I think they said "well they are expensive and only available for a limited time, so it's okay for it to be excessive and break art style". So, why make permanent effects that are as flashy as the supporter ones?
