300+ edps with proper att speed and better than proper base crit, sure it's decent. The problem is that all builds using this kind of stuff (that I saw recntly) are for foils/rapiers/other thin swords or for claws. Still, poe trade says 30+ c, if you ignore 2 firs lowballs. Selling it won't be ezz, tho, I'm pretty sure.
