Ooh, you could have all the text for prefix mods left justified, the text for suffix mods right justified, and the text for innate properties centered!

For magic items, the system as is works well enough. It's when dealing with rares that more information would be nice to have. Especially since there are several affixes that have the same names but slightly different effects.
I am not sure what you mean by this, as there is only ever one mod that could be on an item with a certain name, and you can't see the names of mods on rare items anyway.

It'd be useful if you could. Like a command /truename, which would yield a, b, and c axe of the x, y, and z.

I like this idea. Also, some affixes can be both a prefix and a suffix (e.g., the item acquisition mods). I am interested in knowing which one rolled so I can consult the correct table quickly.

I believe all the MF prefixes have been removed. Regardless, the only time where it could be confusing is when two affixes stack in such a way that the final result can either be X1+Y2 or X2+Y1. Doesn't happen often, but it does happen sometimes.

AFAIK the IIR mod can still spawn as prefix or suffix.
That is the one that most often confuses me.

Ya, I remember them saying they took one of them out, and I thought it was prefix, but I'm clearly wrong on that account.
