I can make for sure over 45k DPS (Probably over 55K) char with this mace, but I still don't know if i can handle high lvl maps with only 8k life, good armor, something like -20 chaos resist (Cannot run CI or use Shavronne's Wrappings) and few or none magic find, maybe is not viable. I'll have to use something like 80ex to make this happen... is better wait to test this after the great balance patch to make sure.

" Honestly I dont really get why so many people want to try out an Incinerate build with that fist weapon. If you run normal leech with 200% increased spellpower, which is pretty easy to reach, you end up leeching ~50HP (on average) per projectile in its last stage, and thats without any support gems, curses, etc. The LoH provided by that weapon doesnt even come close, especially since it doesnt scale at all. You would basically sacrifice your weapon slot for nothing because you would still have to run leech, get way less spelldamage than you would get from a decent wand, not even considering the loss in cast speed and cant generate Frenzy Charges properly anymore. That mace is incredibly underwhelming.
2h melee needs an overpowered beatstick, i dont think anyone would mind. Its seems clear there will not be a real melee balance fix anytime soon and a unique, even if its overpowered, is a viable short term solution. IGN: Arlianth

testing it atm. I can summon 3 zombies max without sceptre. If i summon WITH sceptre.. i can only summon 1. so the number is rounded down. If i weapon swap after i got the 1... i can summon 3 max again. So 1+2 is possible.... but... the last 2 are small in size... so looks like they prolly dont have the other benefit/bonus as well. If i swap back to the sceptre the 2 smallies stay. If enter a new instance the zombies get killed like the way new aura's are cast upon entering. @Minstrelshadrak

AoE looks like infernalblow (has the looks of it too) range.. small...but im discharger build so the radius it pretty ok.
atm it looks like roughly 15-20% dmg of exploding monsters life. that on low level testing. will lvl a gem and do abit higher level stuff. edit1: sup gems minion dmg / added fire seem to work on the explosion edit2 yup.. the explosion is absolute murder. + flamability zombie linked to fire penetration / added fire / minion dmg @Minstrelshadrak Last edited by MinstrelShadrak#5606 on Sep 6, 2013, 11:41:15 AM
