I see exactly 0 builds that would use this flask.
Even with high (and I'm talking 50%!) chaos resist it's not worth it. And CI has no use out of it too.

I think it's more of an EXTREME Panick Flask. Pop it for instant 50% Life, and then Logout/Alt-F4.

Also, since nearly EVERYONE is using Atziri's Promise nowadays, you can use them in conjunction, get dps/chaos res, and a heal. I think they synergize extremely well..

It's also a really good Panick Flask for an RF build, you can pop it with a Ruby Flask, and your inherent Regen would cancel out the damage over time. Not to mention going through mobs as RF, is actually good. ~.^
