So unique drops do not depend of white base items + iir combinasion it seems, that would explain the unique map drops at lunaris, when we know that only 66 maps can drop outside of maps.
SO it might be as following :
-Base items droping in an area. ( does not matter)
-Stack IIR and attract rng cloud by any way you can.
=> RNG giving you uniques when it feels doing it, whatever the area you are in, providing that the monster level area match the unique level droping required.

Well from a lore perspective I suppose one could imagine Kaom actually inventing the Unwavering Stance and people have since then learned to copy him (by speccing into the thereafter available keystone).
Similarily Hyrri probably pioneered dodging while everyone else was only able to evade.
Yeah actually that does make more sense, could be even an excuse for hyrris ire having the old version of acro

Well we could say that now title is "incomplete", then. It seems that not only items can be unique, and we will see it more frequently uniques non-items patch after patch, expansions after expansions. This is what GGG used to give us in this year and an half after the official release of the game, and this is what keeps this game every time new so I really appreciate GGG's effort for havalways new ideas and putting them in the game ^^
So I would advise to change the title in "Unique List" and put every type of uniques you can find while playing the game.

Does anyone know if the unique strongboxes have a minimum area lvl required for spawning or not?
