It's near enough to BiS, and it's a Unique so it'd be cheaper than other options (9%+ crit Harbringer w/ high Aspd), and the IIQ/IIR Mods synergize well with certain Spells you can Trigger, so, yeah..

Only question is if it is able to maintain perma freeze with a taming + barrage, since it has cold damage I assume it might be a bit more reliable than quill

On a CoC build, you'd really only Freeze on a Spell Crit on your Ice Spear, though in it's second stage, that's practically 100%. I doubt it could perma-freeze bosses in mid to high Maps, since CoC builds generally don't scale the actual damage on the Spells themselves.

No Harbringer is going to get even close to the critical hit frequency (crits per second) as you can get with this new bow. It's just so dam fast.

So your argument over it being the best MF item in that slot is to laugh at magic find, despite it being a very widely used series of builds. I didn't even point out the fact that it has ridiculous crit and speed, which also make it BiS for bow CoC builds, better than a perfect harbinger. Even if the dps was lower, it wouldn't matter because BiS does not include only damage.

Your credibility is just... well you'll see when you start getting people posting in your threads.

I consider the bow a 8l weapon cause of the MF, i mean free quantity and rarity gems right there

Damnit, and here I tought I would finally be able to actually get myself a decent bow for CoC after I started two months late last league, and here they have a new unique that'd make me feel inadequate again if I'd ever get there.
I'll never be able to afford a 5L of that. Or even one no matter the sockets.
Does it actually have any drawbacks?
It's even lower Level than a Harbinger Bow.
Ah well. sigh.
