Honestly my first impression of that mace is that its a pretty balanced unique since it doesn't appear to do one major thing really well. Its damage seems pretty low for a mace and average as a spell wand. I guess its centered around elemental melee damage which I thought was pretty unpopular right now. Seems like a good unique to me. While this mace is worse than top caster weapons DPS-wise, that 1% Elemental Damage leech might be enough for some casters to free up Life Leech gem. And that's some serious damage potential. Which, in turn, helps to keep up your life with mere 1% of leech... Beware of the man who works hard to learn something, learns it, and finds himself no wiser than before.
