Wonder what the order of operations on that ring is. Link a CoC discharge to (for example) frenzy and every non-crit builds charges, then releases them in a massive discharge. But what happens when you do crit? Does the ring wipe out the charges first, then discharge, or discharge using the charges up first, then the ring wipes them?

" With this ring you don't really wanna use CoC anymore. What is so sick about this ring is that let's say in a RT Burning Discharge utilizing Endurance Charges, you can use Frenzy to generate both Frenzy and Power Charges at the same time. That's how crazy it is... IGN: Asharin

" I was thinking more along the lines of use incinerate for 1-2 seconds to build max charges. Then discharge. With GMP it has to be able to build charges insanely quick. |

That ring has instantly become my favorite among all uniques in PoE. My congratulations to its designer for his/her contribution to the game.

"That's not how it works. One cast is one Power Charge, regardless of how many enemies it hits. It can still build charges fairly fast however. |
