Just a leveling unique for when you hit Cruel and maybe even Merciless and your resists are really bad.
The reflect is actually very good at that level,combined with Crest of Perandus is a pretty good idea.

That's actually a pretty good idea!
Check the item flavour text, that's a pretty big hint. Take the Veil of Night, add Seeds of Greatness, some Suffering and Desperation (lol) and BAM you get the Veil of Steel.
I'm more curious with the one word title uniques that follow it. those seem badass, and it seems they're a set.

Uhh.. those are not 'one word title uniques' nor are they part of unique item set. They're affixes for either monster names or rare item names. You're looking at a name list not specifically a unique item list.

If it's true or not dunno but I can confirm that the name is true after searching at the game files too since it's the missing item of the list and I couldn't wait anymore ...

If this is indeed true and it's an unique fishing rod [well, the game has indeed one pic for one, the one posted some pages ago is present at the game files as that], I wonder the rate to drop it since nobody found one yet and where to use those things IF they've indeed an use [current/future] aside trolling players lol

If i remember right, song of the sirens was a unique flasks they were about to implement a long time ago but they didn't as it was really OP. Can't find the post tho :(
