Not sure why they felt the need to put that on a base 1.4 aspd dagger.

I built that thing in 5 minutes lol. here's a 105 point build with IR and block and another one with phase acro, but a little less life and block. but whatever, it's meaningless if you can't test it. getting off topic... one last unique to go! hope its an item with elemental damage or something. Can you guys talk about his build in another thread or PM? Everytime I see a greenlight on this thread I am hoping to see the new OP unique. With it not being found yet I am sure it will be something ridiculous.
