What is the max DPs you reach with X Skill: Naming CHampions!

So what are we going for here in terms of "DPS"? Are we saying DPS per target in ideal circumstances (aka maximum shotgunning)?
If so, multiply the tooltip DPS by a factor, for the relevant skills: LMP = 3x GMP = 5x Chain = 3x Fork = 3x LMP or GMP: Freezing Pulse, Fireball, Arctic Breath, Incinerate, Lightning Arrow Chain: Lightning Arrow, Split Arrow, EK, Spark(?) Fork: Fireball, Arctic Breath, EK, Spark, Split Arrow, Lightning Arrow Now, some of these are pretty questionable. You could do GMP + Chain + Fork Lightning Arrow and have it be 45x the tooltip, but to actually get that you would need the most perfect monster arrangement to actually shotgun 45 times. My tooltip doesnt update because my build is Elemental Hit / EE based. The DPS is around 8k if we are not including the elemental resistance penalties and the like that I hand out. (It also does not include crit% as im not sure how to manually calculate that)
And if you close your eyes, does it feel like your exalt almost hit this time~
