Thank you so much for posting and staying active on the thread. I have a couple of newbie questions...

In at least two spots I noticed the passive tree has +30 str nodes you skip (just a single point required for each). But we go after Iron Grip for the purpose of converting str to bow dmg - so why wouldn't you grab those 2 str nodes?

Also there are a couple of areas that offer bow dmg + life passive skills - which again seems right in line with the rest of the build but you skip all of these.

Thanks - I'm having fun with the build up to lvl 41 so far - only dominus really kicked my ass and I was lazy about gearing up with lightning then kept getting myself stuck in that stream attack - blech. Otherwise the fields of twitching lighting dmgd corpses I leave in my wake are most amusing.

I'm also following this build idea.
I went to lvl 60 rather smooth and without having much trouble.
But my skilltree looks completly different than yours magier.
I don't think its that good to go to iron grip. The dmg bonus does not justify the massive amount of skill points you are wasting to get there.

Here is my version of the skilltree for lets say around lvl 80.


I'm happy for every improvement someone wants to make, but i think i will do fine with it.
Depending on how much evasion i have on gear i can spec out of some points of the large evasion cluster and maybe go to the life cluster, or get more dmg.
So the build is still quite flexible i think.
Also i want to post my gear so that you can see, what you can do with quite shitty gear.

The build is honestly quite outdated, those passives got changed "recently", after the 1.0.0 patch. I'm leaving it up as a guidelien for people but you should indeed think for yourself now. The 30 str nodes depend on how much you value % life over +15 life +6% phys. They're stronger at low gear levels since + life is better. But they get weaker at very high gear levels where % life becomes more important. Those reworked physical/life bow nodes should be a very good pickup.
