Hi I just started this game and hope for little advises.

It is recommended to keep on leveling skill gems or it is preferred to keep them at a certain level? I am making a blood magic ranger and now my Lightning Arrow is at lvl 5.

Thanks!

Hi, a bit new to the forum and game. I've been using this build for a while now and so far I like it alot. My only question is on how important the +40 health bandit/choice is? When I initially made it (I took the skill point) I didn't consider the fact that the +40 is affected by all %increased health passives like any other health bonus. I didn't really think about it much until recently and I am now wondering if I should start over. The thing is, I'm already lvl 73 so 'starting over' would be a rather big step. So, will it be worth it or will the difference be relatively small when you look at how much gear (with +Health) can improve/vary?

Edit: Did some quick math. Assuming the skill point I took instead of +40 Health is used for +8% Health it starts getting even when the remaining +X Health bonuses are around 1200. Excluding level bonus & strength bonus. Then again, with an average value of +500 (plus ~250 from passives & strength/level bonus) the difference is only 30 out of a total of ~4100-4200 health.

Hi, stupid question: is it worth invest in a +30int node to have wrath at lvl 20? actually it's lvl 17 with 140 int from gear and the normal nodes from build. i'm on build 2. ty

Hello guys! One simple question...

Which are the absolutely best choices for the bandit quest explained?

I see +40 hp choice, but getting one more skill point wouldnt it be easier to get another 8% hp? 8% would scale better end game wouldnt it from a plane 40 hp??
Resistances?? 8% in all 3 seems quite a lot.. but i keep hearing that its actually easy to hit cap end game?? Thats why we dont choose it??

Extra skill point also seems much more flexible than flat hp since if u need extra dps u switch with just a regret... the 40hp is unchangeable...

Looking for the math end game! Cheers!
The 40 HP isn't actually 40 HP. It's 40 HP multiplied by all the % nodes you get in your skill tree.

Say you get 250% HP from your nodes.

You get 40 HP from the quest gear + another 250% hp. Which would be another 100 HP added on top of that 40 HP for a total of 140 hp.

The 8% HP from a single node on the other hand scales from the HP on your gear.

Let's say you get 90 HP on 9 different gear pieces for a total of 810 hp

810 x 0.08 = 65 HP

The 40 HP is always the best option for any health based build.
