The fact they went into the trouble of making a new animation for the mummies makes me think we may see these guys as enemies in Act 3X.

This ^^^

-Or possibly a harbinger of things to come in Act 4.

- Not a huge fan of this skin; maybe good for some tastes, though.

What's frustrating is that there is already a cool alt-effect in the game (Merveil's Daughters). Odd decision to introduce a very minor colour variant for ROA instead of rolling out what would undoubtedly be a big seller.

Summon Statues (for skellies). Great skin, and works for this everywhere except certain areas of Act 3.

This would be worth getting just for the silly walk, and because mummies are cool. Great job GGG.

How about desync?

This is game for hardcode players and is meant to be hard to play.

As since 0.11 desyncs are worse than ever (I was desynced yesterday going thorough doors in room just before Brutus, this one without monsters at all...).

It makes me wonder, if it is not this "secret awesomeness" Chris mentioned of. Some kind of easter egg affix (hidden "inhabited by desyncs").

It was quite a fun to kite rougue exile around those wagons in end of LT3, when my character and exile literally _exchanged positions_ sometimes, though it was less fun to go with wanderer into Shipgraveyard Cave to see desyncing flicker stike... soooo not fun that literally deadly.

So, it is probably better to treat desync as affix/debuff and learn to recognize it and prepare your character to fight it.
Anticipation slowly dissipates...
