In the early levels, (1-30, let's say), to which side of the tree do you head for? Towards the left with Static Blows, towards the bottom right for Nullification or to the top, for the % physical damage with wands and Curse/Mana ?

I'm currently playing a build based tightly on this character, that is a physical Split Arrow CI ranger and it is on Anarchy so I've been dealing with stun myself. The way I solve the problem is with my flasks (and less reckless gameplay of course).



I will be fixing my flasks up on my siphoner when Anarchy leaves, and I will be used a Diamon Flask with these same modifiers. 60% increased stun recovery is very nice when combined with an armor % granite and the evasion % diamond flask. I always use granite / quicksilver with stun recovery with the Diamond to ensure that everything dies (excluding me). I chose to put Steadiness on the quicksilver over the granite because the quicksilver flask lasts longer (by 1.2 seconds) and is easier to use requiring less charges on use.

If I had to pick which quality gem I would want the most it would be Blood Rage. This is my sole source of life leech and with Inner Force it raises it to 11.8%, not sure it counts decimals, probably just 11%.

After that I'd go with Fast Attacks, Increased Crit Damage, Crit Weakness, Power Siphon then the rest is really up to you.

It's really just up to you. If you can get powered through the game and can just farm easy zones until end game like docks / ledge etc. I would suggest just going for damage nodes first. If you need to survive you should either stack life and respec out of them later, or if you want to get CI early go towards the shadow side and get all of your ES nodes first (remember you will be leveling slower this way).

After some experimenting, I found that the two configurations that work well are:

AoE: Siphon, LMP, Chain, Increased Critical Damage
Single Target: Siphon, Increased Critical Damage, Power Charge on Crit (i couldn't get another 4L)

Try the above, maybe drop a Faster Attacks in place of the Critical Damage, see what your DPS is with full power charges running.

Don't you have a lot of mana issues as a wanderer who doesn't go Eldritch Battery ?

What did you use in very early lvls for aoe? Or did you just wait to use power siphon till you can use lmp?

Honestly, I used Freezing Pulse (EDIT: and Firestorm). It worked well enough. Getting to 19 is no big deal.
