Sadly you won't get that either.
You'll get 100 * 1.54

"Increased" modifiers do not multiply off each other and are additive.

Yeah but Leather and Steel isn't good if you are Iron Reflexes when compared to just %Armor stuff (and Evasion stuff if you do pure EV gear). It also means that hybrid gear is kinda bad unless your only nodes are Leather and Steel type.
i did the math once for iron reflexes you typically want pure dex gear as that will net you the biggest armor pool

leather and steel is a waste for Iron reflexes (compared to pure evasion increase and pure armor increase) apart from the removed movement slow.

Leather and steel bonus applies only once to your final armour value.

Basically, it's to be treated as an armour node.

Example:

You have 1000 base evasion and 1000 base armour before IR.
Then you take IR and Leather and steel (24%).

You end up with 2000 (before Leather and steel bonust is applied)

1000 comes from evasion so it is increased by 24% = 1240
1000 comes from armour so it is increased by 24% = 1240

So you end up with 1240 + 1240 = 2480

The same as 2000 * 24% :)

See, it is treated the same way as armour node i.e. it applies to both values, just as an armour node does :)
This is more of a question about Iron Reflexes in general. So just to be clear, does it work like

1000 evasion rating * 1.30 from an evasion node = 1300
which is then converted to armor
1300 armor * 1.30 (from armor node) = 1690

or does it work like

1000 evasion rating (which is instantly considered armor) * 1.6 (it considers both evasion + armor nodes) = 1600
