You may be able upgrade from $30 of points to a $30 pack by sacrificing 100 points (to make them equivalent). We're still working out the logistics of complex upgrades like this.

He has probably meant (not sure though) that his 30$ worth of points are already spent on tabs & effects & pets. And you mean, that in order to be officially recognized as a your supporter, he needs to spend another 30$ and while doing that lose 100 points (10$)? Did I understand you correctly, Chris?

I was suggesting he can probably do it without paying any extra. It'd be exactly the same as if he saved up the money and purchased it today, except he got the points earlier. We're not 100% able to commit to this plan yet but we're trying to get it in.

damn, theres an upgrade option for support packs now. wish i waited 2 days before buying my divine pack.

Hi Chris, thanks for adding the "upgrade" option. I can't seem to get it to work across multiple point packs however. For example, if I have a $50 point pack and $20 point pack and want to upgrade to the $110 open beta pack, how do I get it set up so I can pay just the $40 difference?

Same thing here, I have a bunch of 5-20 dollar packs spread out across over the months. Is there anyway we can consolidate the packs?

I noticed that if I upgrade say my regal pack with divine - it will replace my current special pack weapon effects.


If I upgrade just a normal point pack - to divine ... will I be allowed to keep both the regal pack 'and' the divine pack weapon effects? ( I do 'not' see an indication that it will replace my weapon effects directly on the page on this one - where I do when I try to upgrade regal)

Need aid on this from a dev.
Bought the eternal before you guys implemented the upgrade. How do I go about getting some sort of refund for the amount of packs I bought prior before getting eternal. Since there is clearly a price reduction from doing the upgrade method.
