Updated 0.11.0 Patch Notes and Deployment Schedule

Man, I'm so excited for this weekend and the new leagues! I haven't played much PoE lately, but now it's time to get back to it :D
They have races scheduled until 6am EST. I doubt the will have a patch in the middle of a short race. Another starts at 5pm EST (15 mins from this posting) so at least another hour till patch. Think maybe they got something mixed up

I'm guessing you're not one of the people who still play Diablo 2 every time there's a ladder reset :)

I enjoy starting over with a fresh economy and trying out different builds.

Thank you <3. I tried to make something I would want for my own Detonate Dead character(s), and I think I succeeded at that :)

I have a feeling it's related to the fact that a triple (or god forbid, quintuple) shot to the face can shotgun a melee character to death, especially with crit stacks actually affecting the hit that delivered them. Some of us have...expressed concern over that, but we sort of hoped it would result in a more creative solution, such as, say, reviewing crit stacking and shotgunning.

Oh well. This WILL affect the difficulty spike of the Ancient Pyramid, which has been a concern of mine for a while. When Act 3 came out, it seemed as though Ancient Pyramid still had 'end-game' attitude.

I dont see an issue with such spells shotgunning, being that their damage can be so heavily mitigated due to the increasing returns resist mechanics. Granted they can be painful when rushing in a race (imperfect resists, underleveled) or occasionally during mid to early end game (resist penalties, undergeared, -resist curses) but come mid~ endgame its quite possible to almost completely negate their damage with various skill/gear/node combinations and i thought that overcoming such challenges while building toward a such mighty endgame character was kinda the point.

Pyramid certainly did have an endgame feel to it, though that seems like a good thing. Culmination of the act quest line, prequel to oversoul and all that. The snakes, constructs and totems should continue to keep its difficulty above par in any case.
