0.11.0 Patch Notes

Increased the physical damage mod on The Magnate unique belt. This item now generates with +25%-40% Physical Damage (up from +25%). Existing belts will be unchanged, but their values can be rerolled within the new range with a Divine Orb.

they do mean blessed orb here right?

Chris, when will we get the option to re-do the Bandits quests, especially now that the Physical option sounds better than ever?

And I highly doubt that EK is nerfed beyond worth. with the extra Physical damage from the Bandit quest, plus the new belts, maybe EK will be even better.. who knows?

From Chris's previous post

"At this stage we don't have a mechanism for undoing bandit quest choices, but are working on it for a future patch."
A lot of people will be mad now about most popular skills getting nerfed.... i hope it wont lead to mass qq and reducing the amount of players playing poe... (2 of my favourite chars are using EK and FP builds ,sad)I'll keep playing for sure but please at least explain us why you are doing this ?
Dont Nerf Me Bro
Question for staff:

Is there going to be a new unique in the 4-month leagues that has "cannot be stunned"? I was planning to make a CI char, but the es & granite nerfs coupled with the withdrawal of Chayula really put me off.

Path of Whining About Patch Notes and Complaining About Changes I Haven't Even Experienced Yet.

So many people are bitching with nothing more to go on than theorycrafting. You look quite silly when doing that.
I talked to a dev in game who said you did a reblance on dynsc, why not say something about it in the patch notes or the overview from friday?

Inner focus nerf was to much I will most likely be removing my points in these passives, seems pretty crappy now.

why do you again refuse to tell us the % of life and es that was nerfed so we can get a better idea of what is going on and can plan a good respec.

Overall the patch looks good, I have some concerns but will wait and try the changes out before I can tell how good of a job this patch is. Personally I think you over buffed melee damage and didnt give enough melee specific defensive points. I had trouble taking damage from mobs on my shadow not dealing it, allow me to take more damage and i can spec more into offense and do more damage.

Take a learning experience from the failure D3, people dont like being nerfed. The way to do things is to buff other specs and builds to be equal not nerfing some of the most popular builds. I am only getting hurt with the inner focus and notable shock duration node, and it annoyed me I can imagine all the EK and FP players.

"Elemental Adaptation has been reduced to 2% maximum resists."
-not a big fan of that

-why couldn't we get the %'s on the life and ES downgrades? We got it on nearly everything else.

the other 'nerfs' are fine. Freezing pulse and EK were highly powered. Spark will still be good I think. I'm leveling up my witch to ply a spark totem witch (was melee) it's sounding like I did those backwards (should have played these past few months with spark and now switched to melee).

I am sad at no nerfs to Blood Magic, Resolute Technique and IR.

Only thing I'm disappointed with is lack of numbers, some sort of 'estimate'. Average mod damage reduction in merciless, average buffer node value drops, just how much is EK/FP nerfed, etc.
