Agree on the belts though, no reason to have str implicit but not dex and int. IGN: KoTao

Probably because you can roll int on shields but not quivers. I'd assume all these are balanced against another item type but I can't be fucked to figure 'em all out.

I think it's because this game is a lot more balanced than D2. Also it's still in beta, so new types of items are going to continually be added to the game, so I could see these things being added into the game later on.
