What is happening?

There are 3.8k viewers for PoE 2 and 173 for PoE 1 as of writing this on Twitch. Last Epoch has only 10k viewers so it’s not that. No other game really has the lion’s share so what is happening? Is there a boycott?

Is GGG in danger? I recall Chris saying so long as they had X amount (I think he said 100k) concurrent logins every day they would be ok. Given the state, I can’t see them reaching this number.

I’ve been playing PoE 1 since 2014 and have never really seen numbers dip this low and stay there. What did I miss?

People moved on to other games. I'm playing Expedition 33 and like 10 other games that I had on my backlog. Patch 0.2.0 is horrible for sorceresses and I almost exclusively play casters in rpgs so I'm not interested in the other classes.

I'd rather do C&B torture than play this patch.

I beat king of the mists after a 16 minute fight on sorc and was like "this ain't it. Where's my power fantasy?"
Even pre-nerf Consort Radhan wasn't that much of a slog.

I've more or less lost interest in my frost sorc in Act3. It's making it through fine although it's somewhat twinked out. The problem is.. it's just kinda boring =\ Spell design is kinda mid. Some of the visual and sound effects are top tier though

Yeah spark is literally the only cool cantripy spell and they killed it. The high end spells are cool like meteor and lightning conduit, but you can't really cast those very often.

people moved on other games and aren't looking back for this s**t, both p1 and p2, I try 3 times, 3 chars, didn't want to get to end game, atleast to experience it, I supported this game, addicted, etc, etc., I hope they stick to their vision, the VISION will kill both their games, this PoE2 cured my gaming addiction, this is not the game that was presented years ago, and they killed PoE1, they don't give a f about what their people want, they've got their money, tomorrow if the game ceased to exist, PoE2 was a succes, they are trying to make a sh show game, to scam for future years more money, I will not support and play both their games.

People writing on a forum "bro" they have vacation "bla, bla" but on X they write some crap, this is what happens when the vision is bad and a souless corpo buy a small company, destroys the fun the joy and everything .

They don't like the truth to be written here, if I had the option to get my money back, i would do it instantly, they don't deserve it, I support them for the initial vision of the game. It's ok in the end, the people are starting to realize what's happening with both their games and their vision. I knew the games are dead the moment I found Chris Wilson left.
