Xbox Series X Graphics bug out badly

This never happened until this patch but I spend a lot of time in town and maps having the graphics glitch out so badly i can not almost make out the pause menu to switch them which seems to refresh the issue. then it ultimately reoccurs over and over. Everything is also very laggy and slowed down. If i do not matc h this speed it makes the glitch occur even more.
