You'll need to email support for that kind of Query. You could try the help section, but I assume they will ask you to email support. Unless someone else knows a specific reason why it might of happened. Also beware that some people have been encountering very long delays with dealing with support recently.

Try clicking on the early access packs in the in-game shop. It seems that sometimes purchases on PS5 are synced this way.
Or maybe you have another sub-account that the coins were credited to. Is there an option to change the sub-account on the top left of the site? |
