Re-allocate my purchases please
I originally purchased an access key on Steam because I planned on playing a lot over Christmas on my handheld PC while traveling. The plan was to purchase an Xbox key after Christmas if I enjoyed the game so that I can play in my living room at home as well. I also use Xbox game sharing with a friend, and my friend decided to pick up PoE2 EA on Xbox. I was surprised game sharing worked but was happy about it. As time went on, I needed stash tabs so I upgraded my packs a couple times up to the $100 King of Faridun package.
If game sharing hadn't worked, I would have bought the Xbox key for the stash tab points instead. Yesterday's update changed how game sharing worked and I no longer have access on my Xbox now. I emailed Support to ask about them refunding my King of Faridun pack so I can use that money to buy an Xbox key and they have been completely unhelpful. Am I crazy for thinking that they should help me out here given the circumstances? Or should I really be expected to spend an extra $30 on top of the money I've already spent because they changed the way the client worked?
