Changed ascendancy, game crashed, character stuck on loading screen

As title says, changed ascendancy, as soon as I applied the first passive points the game crashed and now the character is stuck on a load screen. This happened in the trial of chaos

try turning off cross play. i was able to get my seasonal character to load back that way.
