The silent cave and atlas

Hi, i play the game on ps5 and have two problems.

1 when i kill all monsters on the silent cave its look same and still saying me kill all monsters with 0 monsters

2 i see only one mechanic on my atlas maps but i have 5, dont know what i can do here
