Altar of Ascendancy does not grant Skill Points

Clicking on the Altar of Ascendancy brings up the passive tree window but dose not give Ascendancy Passive Skill Points. This is right after 0.2.0f patch.

+1. I completed my 2nd ascendency first thinking I could get all 4 points. Completed it and only got 2. Went back to complete the first. Completed it using the balbala green item (the green item says I can get ascendency points if I complete). The altar is not clickable. I have tried it a few times but balaba just keeps giving me back the green quest item and tells me to complete it again...

Exactly same as zero_1_2#6474, completed 2nd ascendancy first and now first ascendancy altar is not clickable and I only have 2 ascendancy points. Quest stuck on "Use the Altar of Ascendancy to obtain Ascendancy Passive Skill Points"

For the 2nd ascendancy you need djinn barya with 2 trials lvl 45+ or inscribed ultimatum with 7 trials lvl 55+.

As stated by the "Ascendency Points" tab in Passive Tree, there are 4 sets of 2 ascendancy points:

Set 1 is 1st floor Trial of the Sekhemas or Trials of Chaos with at least 7 trials

Set 2 is floor 2 of Trial of the Sekhemas or completing the Trials of Chaos

Set 3 and 4 shouldn't matter for this.

I wouldn't have been able to get Set 1 for only completing Trials of Chaos (with 4 trials) so I can assume I got points from Set 2.

But I cannot get Set 1's points for whatever reason, even though I completed the floor 1 of Trials of the Sekhemas.

So, either the tooltip is incorrect or the way you get Ascendancy Points is bugged.

(My Balbala coin says it'll give ascendancy points btw, and my Ultimatums with 4 trials don't -- So this is bugged.)

Fair enough, but then it wouldn't just be the tooltip, it would be the tooltip + Balbala's Barya, because the message "Completing this Ascension Trial will grant additional Ascendancy Skill Points" is still there.

Mines Broken as well, i did the correct trials for the correct points and I'm just stuck after killing the boss on the third floor, area level is 62, i have 4 points in my tree.



***EDIT**** Try this:

Found a work around for myself at least. Went again and when i finished it was still bugged, I refunded all my points from the trial master inside the 3rd floor boss room (after completing the trial and killing the boss talk to the npc near the stash). i choose to pick a new class, then just picked the same class i already was. I had to back out of the passive tree after refunding and then go back into the tree via my menus instead of the trial masters refund option that brings up the passive tree. Hope this helps if your still having this issue.

Yup, same problem here. Finished Chaos first, then Sekhema's with quest barya. Quest test says to click the altar for points: altar isn't clickable. Then after exiting, I get the quest barya again and run the trials again. At the end it's the same problem and with the mention that I can't open chest because I already opened them before with the quest barya.

So instead of being able to get the points easily, I now have to wait and do it again once I get a non-quest barya at some random point in time? This absolutely needs to get fixed or communicated A LOT better

Edit:
Tried a 2 floor djinn now, to see if that works. It does not. Can't progress to second floor even, and altar still doesnt work. So apparently I'm just screwed
