Game crashes and then I get stuck in loading screen

This has happened a few times in meaningful content--a citadel and the trials of chaos. The game crashes and when I load back in, it gets stuck on the loading screen.

I've tried logging into a new character and then logging back in, but this time I'm fully stuck. I suspect maybe the zone was deleted or bugged and I can't load back in until the zone resets itself.

Please fix this or create a log in option that will log you back into town instead of where ever you were last. I never had this issue in the starter league.
