Is it possible to access weapon skill points on controller?

As the title says, is it possible to access weapon skill points on controller? If yes, how? Thank you in advance!

Yep! Believe you just have to hold the button down and it brings up a menu that asks which weapon set you want to apply that point to. Did it last season with my monk, I play exclusively on controller
