Map not greying out completed quests

Hi
On the map on the quests screen where it shows the area and highlights the activities available in that area there is an issue when you complete some of them they are not greying out to show completion. I have completed the witch hut in grelwood( and killed the witch and looted the cauldron) yet it is still highlighted and not greyed out also all of the troubled camps like in jungle ruins in act 3 all are still highlighted despite going to each of them. Please investigate and rectify.kindest regards
