Omen of Whittling bugged on Penumbra rings

If you use omen of whittling on Penumbra ring with chaos orb, it doesnt show the correct modifier it will remove.

I had one with 4 flat dmg prefixes and suffix i didnt want that was low level.
Omen showed me it will remove the suffix but instead it removed one of my flat dmg prefixes.
