Omen of Amelioration not working

I am having massive issues with lag, and untimely deaths due to this [I have fiberwire it's not on my end] so after my 7th random death dodging away from either a slam or explosion effect, I bought a bunch of Omen of Amelioration. And to my surprise they are not triggering on death, I have them selected in use and my XP is still being taken away. I am extremely furious about this.
Not to mention I spawned in on one of the terrible mire maps and a rare had the siphon mana ability which now seems to siphon life as well. What am I suppose to do when a mob that stands near me rushes me into a corner and kills me from being near, and I can't even mitigate this punishment with omen's that save XP. " Its working bro, just for one map and then you need to use another Omen of AMELIORATION. One shot one opportunity, one map one AMELIORATION. So simple. What is no simple is how to get the currency to buy continuously. |

I know that omen's are one time use items. I am saying they are not activating all together. I die and the item themselves are not even activating to save my xp loss.
Also the currency is just trades and what drops from my game play. |
