cast on charm use not increase energy

when i use radiant grief, fire flower, bijounorne, ngamahu chosen setup, the cast on charm use on bijouborne not gain energy

If you are using pragmatism or some other means of not using charges, then Bijouborne won't gain energy. It only builds up energy when the charges actually get consumed by using the charm.
