My skill got bug, no info and can't add to skill panel to use

Just happened today. I tried all the way and couldn't fix it.
As you can see, my Contagion shows as Blink and has no info. I also can't add it to the skill panel (bottom right corner)  Last bumped on Apr 14, 2025, 2:32:07 AM
