Can we get some information about the Phrecia to Settlers migration?

I know this might sound like a normal league migration, but I have some questions about it, as it seems a bit different to me.

Has this happened before? That a non-voided event or league has been migrated into another league other than a standard league?

Will atlas progression be carried over into settlers? If not, will it be possible to use map catch up mechanics on the atlas and if not, would it then be possible to use Phrecia maps to catch up atlas in standard leagues, if and when Settlers is migrated into standard? Atlas passives will be rewarded based on atlas progression in Phrecia, or they will need to be recompleted?

Regarding the characters, will they have a full skill point reset once they enter Settlers? Will they be able to assign points to the new ascendancies or will this need to be done in the lab?

How is Settlers town progression going to migrate? Will it be the greater of the two or will it just be the progress that the town has in Settlers.

It seems like the only thing being removed are Idols, given no other items were added in Phrecia, is this correct?

Will everything else like Delve progress, Heist, vendors just follow regular migration processes?

The migration date is set for just over a week, would be good if GGG has a chance to make a short post confirming the date and any specifics so players can have a bit of time to organise anything they need to get in order.
