Unable to load into my seasonal character

Hello, I have a seasonal lvl 39 character that tp to base from trials of chaos. After selling gear i tried to tp back in however the game never loads from the load screen. I have tried logging out of the game and restarting console several times but no luck. The login from character select goes straight to the instance where the last connection happened but still stuck
Loading into trials of chaos which I cleared after beating the first boss.
