Jinquani's Machinarium Checkpoint Skip

Regarding the recent change for the final Checkpoint in Jiquani's Machinarium from the Sanctum door to be before the Soul core slot.

The checkpoint respawn spot was not changed.
This means that obtaining the checkpoint before the soul core door, and hitting "ESC -> Respawn at Checkpoint" Will spawn your character at the old checkpoint spot. Skipping the door entirely.

In addition to the potential skip: It gets annoying when you teleport there to insert a soul core before taking out blackjaw, because there's no way to get back to your soul cores that are dropped between the door to the Sanctum and the (locked) soul core door.
