Gas Arrow attacking twice

Since update, Gas Arrow set to Left Click on mouse attacks twice when around mobs. Not sure if it's from Fps drops or Dynamic Resolution or something, but it wasn't doing it last season before Dawn of the hunt. Almost feels like when you're slowed it goes off twice, once when you click, then another after without clicking.

Also, its not my mouse button.
