mobs have 100% chance to stun, bleed, freeze, ignite, chill etc....
any map mod that says mobs have 25% chance to bleed for example is not accurate...all mobs have 100% chance to bleed so if u get hit with bleed in t15 you're dead theres no potting out of it and none of the charms work so you're toast. even without map mods if a mob has an ability to chill or ignite or stun you will get that effect regardless of your resistance and thresholds. Also mobs with haste and mana drain needs to eb nerfed that is unplayable
