poe2 unending loading screen

I have been playing for the last couple of days on the standard league server, however when i try to move into the chimeral waste lands im stuck in an endless loading screen and i cant do anything but close out the game and try again. i wouldnt mind starting a new character but all my good cosmetics are on the character thats trapped in a loading screen, and the cosmetics arent account bound so i cant get them without paying full price again. i dont know how to fix this, i tried relogging game, i restarted console, and i tried reinstalling game nothing worked so far.
