No boss spawned on Oasis Map Bug Report ID: #2178735849

Cleared Oasis map, teleported to boss waypoint and walked into the arena, it says 1 monster remains on the top right presumably the boss and I can't place portals inside the arena, but no boss actually spawned and I can still freely walk out.
