The Ascendancy trials are too difficult

I find the current Ascendancy trials too difficult, especially for players like me who don't enjoy the trial gameplay. Do you know that many people can't complete the Ascendancy trials on their own and have to rely on others to carry them through?

I hope that, based on the current setup, you could introduce a trial with no rewards and significantly reduce its difficulty. I just want to complete the Ascendancy easily so I can go and experience other gameplay modes. I have absolutely no interest in the rewards offered within the trial gameplay.

I hope you'll consider this! Thank you!

Last 2 trials are too long and difficult.
I think the first 2 trials are terrible but they're doable, try to search a guide for your class and watch some videos about the trials, it should help

But i'm all for ggg to remove them from the game and come up with something better and actually fun so +1 to your post
Personally I don't think it is that hard, specially when you get used to it and learn how to use relics properly. Except for the 4th floor, of course. But I can see that new players would have a hard time.

The biggest problem in my opinion is how much RNG-based it is for such a long run. If you get forced to pick a affliction that you can't handle (and there are many of them), your run ends there.

Besides reducing that RNG dependence (which I got no idea how they would fix that), they could at least make it more beginner-friendly and let players to ascend even if honour reach zero, only removing drops.

Edit: I mean it to Sekhemas, but not being beginner-friendly and the RNG problem also applies to Ultimatum though.

Only the tornado bird in Trial of Chaos is too hard, everything else is easy but extremely badly designed and incredibly unfun in every aspect. All trials are the biggest thing putting me off PoE2, and if they do Trials of the Ancients as the third one I am going to be wholly depressed.

the trials in general are terrible, they re just not fun and in my experience people would rather look at if the 3rd/4th are even necessary for their build and play without the points than complete them. If they are necessary they would rather avoid dealing with the mechanics entirely and pay for a carry instead of risking bad RNG on a lazy port of 2 of the worst seasonal mechanics that got ported over from PoE 1 and stubbornly defended by out of touch Devs.
Sekhemas is fine.

Think chaos is not something I enjoy.

And they just hard nerfed the last ascendancy boss. Thing just falls over now its kind of sad.
Mash the clean
My 2nd ascendancy was in chaos and i cant pass survive trial, all screen was spammed, waves starts too fast. Its so stupid, its no chance finish it with this stage of the game.

1st 2 sets are bad, but doable. The last 2 sets... definitely not fun and, as a previous poster said, entirely skippable if my build doesn't need it. And if it needs them? I guess I'm not playing that build.

+1, need alternate ways to get Ascendancy points.
+1

I always plan my builds with the assumption in mind that I will only get the first two ascendancies. Anything beyond the first two is just mind-numbingly tedious and frustrating.

If the devs remain married to these two trials, and the third is equally obnoxious to deal with, the very LEAST they could do is not have later attempts tied to random loot drops.

Get a bad affliction in Sekhema or non-choice for Chaos debuffs? Sucks to be you, go grind for uncounted hours until you get a new coin or ultimatum.

If you are a sadist/masochist and really like making us do the above, limit it to the final tier of ascendancies like you did with the PoE1 labyrinth.
