Cant pick up items or leave zone

As soon as I kill something in Clearfield or greenwood, I get stuck and cant click and checkpoints, doors, or waystone, or pick up any items. I've deleted and made 4 characters now trying to bypass this, tried hoping servers, restart computer, tele to last check point, none of those worked.
