No Boss-Atlass Points when completing Tier 16+corrupted(or cleansed)+irradiated map

HI Team,

when completing a Tier 16+corrupted(or cleansed)+irradiated map, the Boss does not drop the Book of the Boss-Skill points.

What happened: I skipped the previous tier. So I completed: Tier 16+corrupted(or cleansed)+irradiated map and got the skill book for completing Tier 15+ corrupted(or cleansed)+irradiated map.

Now I cant get the last points.

No Bug bad no reall communication, what needs to be Done:

You need a Tier 16 Map + Irriated map + plus 1 cleansed zone. Hover over the cleansed maps and in the text it should say: +1 Area level.
