When I want to play "meaningful combat", I will play DARKSOULS or ELDENRING

Please understand the fact that ARPG is just a sub-monitor game played with Youtube or Netflix

Totally disagree about arpg meaning. You can play hades or V rising to experience it. But POE 2 loose this understanding - you can’t create meaningful combat while mobs faster than you.

Good for you.

When I want to play an arpg with meaningful combat, I'll play Path of Exile 2. It looks like GGG agrees.

i can take you on t18 map with 175% attack speed mobs and 100% stun buildup and we will see your meaningful combat in action

Your personal skill issues are none of my concerns.

No one is having problems with you playing or liking PoE 2. What people do have problems with is PoE 1 being affected by PoE 2, despite GGG promising otherwise.

I get where you're coming from, but I think a lot of the frustration here comes from mismatched expectations more than any actual broken promises.

Yes, GGG said PoE1 and PoE2 would be supported separately, but that doesn’t mean there wouldn’t be any impact between the two. Supporting two full-scale ARPGs simultaneously is a massive undertaking, especially for a studio that’s never done it before.
Some delays, overlap, and growing pains are inevitable. That doesn’t mean PoE1 is being tossed aside, it means GGG is trying to figure out how to balance both, and that takes time.

PoE1 is still very much alive, and with a brand new league just around the corner, it’s clear GGG remains committed. They’re simply choosing to focus on delivering something meaningful rather than rushing out content just to stick to a rigid schedule or satisfy the loud minority demanding patches on the clock.

And we've seen firsthand what happens when things are rushed. The Phrecia event was a clear example, it had great potential but suffered from serious balance issues between sub classes and confusing design choices, like the nonsensical spell line on the Behemoth class. It highlighted exactly how much can go wrong when something is pushed out without the proper time to polish.

We’re even seeing a similar effect in PoE2. Some of the smaller things feel undercooked or inconsistent, and it's pretty clear that GGG is rushing some of these updates in an attempt to maintain momentum. But in doing so, they risk delivering half-baked content instead of taking the time to do it right.

At the end of the day, quality should always win over speed. Taking a bit longer to get things right is better for both games and for the community as a whole.

Do people still really think that dorksoul combat is close alike to the combat in PoE2, while both games are far apart and different by miles?
Sounds like a good old skill issue tbh.
Flames and madness. I'm so glad I didn't miss the fun.

Zero supporter packs. Put your money where your mouth is at.
My most hated game.
My most favorite game.

You do realize that you can disable badges, right?
Kinda a weird take to take visible icons as a bragging right
