Infinite loading screen Act 3 Jungle Ruins

So I’m stuck in the loading screen.. the game is starting up and you can see the screen “loding” as the wheels keep on turning.

But it won’t load nothing… stepped from town in a Way Portal and now infinite loading to Jungle Ruins, nothing seems to help.
Support needs to fix this as I want play this character …

Or any other bright ideas which could might help? As far as I know nothing works …

its a bug that is in game for a month or so.
It does a lot when you try to enter someone elses HO to trade.

After a while, you can hear sounds and people trying to give you trade (it makes sound). But loading screen wont go away.

But we havent had bugfixes for 6 months.

We have to accept that PoE1 is dead game now.
