My game will not work at all

My game is not starting, it originally was just a problem with not being able to go full screen. the game thinks that its full screen so my pointer is not aligned with the game and all of my playing was thrown quite far off. I thought maybe after the new patch something was wrong with my computer, and eventually after taking my computer to geek squad for 4 days, i got it back and it is in fact not my computer. After spending hours on the discussion boards for the rerouting that this website has done to me i uninstalled and reinstalled. that did not fix it, and i followed more directions from this support page, and now my application doesn't even start. Everytime i try to do anything it crashes.
