Stuck in a Load Screen

I am in Act 3 at the beginning. Left the Zuggarat camp to go into the jungle the first time and I am now stuck in a load screen.

UPDATE: I have exited and restarted everything and nothing is working. As soon as I select my character I go right into an infinite load screen.
