BUG: Mastodon Tusks not dropping

I've had multiple instances this league where the mastodon tusks in act 2 from the necromancer/dog boss isn't dropping.

I initially assumed it was caused by desync of the zones from server disconnects, but its happened again today now the rollback disconnects have been fixed.

This is extremely demotivating as the game is already in a very poor state, exemplified by the fact that I haven't had the motivation to play (as a long time poe player).

I have a ton more feedback for this game but cba to scream into the void so focusing on this actual bug.

I had the same issue. For me it only dropped when i killed the Mastodon first...
